Fighting in the Middle East is getting worse again. Iran’s military says a new war with the United States is “likely” and that it is ready for any situation. US President Donald Trump has also rejected Iran’s latest peace proposal, saying he cannot accept its demands. At the same time, Israel has continued air strikes in southern Lebanon. In one recent attack, at least three people were killed in a village. Overall, at least seven people have died in Israeli attacks on the same day. Hezbollah said it also carried out attacks on Israeli soldiers in response to what it calls violations of the ceasefire. The group claims Israel is still targeting villages in southern Lebanon.
