By accessing, registering, or using Fyrim ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fyrim.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

⚖️ Legal Age: By using Fyrim, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

👤 2. Account Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide Accurate Information: Supply complete, accurate, and current registration information
Maintain Security: Keep your password and account credentials confidential
Account Activity: Take full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

Single Account: Maintain only one active account unless expressly permitted by Fyrim

Account Suspension: Fyrim reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

📝 3. User Content

Fyrim allows users to publish articles and related content ("User Content").

3.1 Ownership & Rights

You Retain Ownership: You maintain full ownership of the intellectual property rights in your articles and content
License to Fyrim: By publishing content, you grant Fyrim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, modify, and promote your articles for platform operations
Content Representations: You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, publish, and share your articles

3.2 Content Standards

Articles must be original or properly licensed
You must have explicit permission for any third-party material used in your articles
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
Fyrim does not endorse and is not responsible for user-generated articles

💬 4. Chat & Messaging Features

Fyrim provides real-time communication features that enable users to interact with each other. These features include:

4.1 Messaging Capabilities

Text Messages: Send and receive instant text messages with other users
Voice Messages: Record and send voice messages to individuals or groups
Images & Videos: Share photos, videos, and visual content in conversations
Documents: Exchange documents, files, and other media attachments
Reactions: React to messages with emojis and expressive responses

4.2 Group Chats

Group Creation: Create and manage group conversations with multiple participants
Group Management: Administrators can add, remove, or moderate group members
Group Settings: Configure privacy, notification, and membership settings for groups
Group Media: Share messages, voice notes, images, videos, and documents within groups

4.3 Chat Conduct & Responsibility

Respectful Communication: You must treat other users with respect and refrain from harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
Prohibited Content: The same content restrictions apply to chat messages (no illegal, harmful, hateful, or spam content)
Privacy: Do not share private information of others without explicit consent
Impersonation: You may not impersonate other users or represent yourself falsely in chats
Reporting: Report inappropriate chat behavior to [email protected]

4.4 Data & Privacy in Chats

Encryption: Fyrim employs encryption to protect messages and media shared on the Platform
Data Retention: Chat messages may be stored for operational, legal, and security purposes
Media Storage: Shared images, videos, and documents are stored on secure servers
Deletion: You may delete your messages, and group administrators may manage group content
Third-Party Services: Media may be processed through third-party services for delivery and storage

⚠️ Chat Safety: Fyrim encourages responsible and respectful communication. Users who violate chat policies may face account restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans. Never share sensitive personal information with unknown individuals.

🚫 5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following types of content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Fyrim across all features including articles and chat:

Illegal Content: Articles, messages, or content that violate any applicable law or regulation
Harmful Content: Content promoting violence, self-harm, or harm to others
Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, harassment, or hostility based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
Harassment & Bullying: Targeting individuals with abusive, threatening, or intimidating content in articles or chats
Spam & Misinformation: Unsolicited commercial content, deceptive articles, or false information
Fake Engagement: Using bots, automated systems, or fraudulent means to inflate followers, views, or engagement metrics
Copyright Infringement: Publishing or sharing content without proper rights or authorization
Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
Adult Content: Publishing sexually explicit or pornographic material in articles or chats
Exploitation: Content exploiting minors or vulnerable individuals
Malware & Viruses: Sharing malicious files, links, or software through chat or articles

⚠️ Enforcement: Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.

⚙️ 6. Platform Features & Services

Fyrim provides the following core features and services:

Article Publishing: Create, edit, and publish articles
Social Interactions: Like, comment, share, and interact with other users' articles
Private Messaging: One-on-one text, voice, image, video, and document sharing
Group Chats: Create and participate in group conversations with multiple users
Recommendations: Personalized article recommendations based on your reading preferences
Notifications: Real-time updates on activity, messages, engagement, and platform news
Monetization Tools: Revenue sharing, bonuses, and sponsorship opportunities for eligible publishers
Analytics: Performance metrics and audience insights for your articles

Fyrim may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

💰 7. Monetization Program

Fyrim offers monetization opportunities to eligible publishers who meet specific criteria as outlined in our Monetization Program.

Eligibility: Monetization is available only to publishers who meet minimum requirements (followers, article count, and account standing)
Earnings: Revenue is generated through advertising on your articles, performance bonuses, and sponsorship opportunities
Payouts: Payments are processed monthly upon reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold
Fraud Prevention: Fake engagement, click fraud, or other deceptive practices will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings
Withholding: Fyrim reserves the right to hold earnings during investigations of policy violations
No Guarantee: Fyrim does not guarantee fixed or minimum earnings; income depends on article performance, audience engagement, and market conditions
Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any earnings received

🛡️ 8. Content & Chat Moderation

Fyrim actively monitors the Platform to maintain a safe and positive environment. Our moderation policies include:

Article Review: We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any articles that violate these Terms
Chat Monitoring: We may monitor chat conversations to detect and prevent abuse, harassment, or policy violations
Account Actions: Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated for violations
Appeals: Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting [email protected]
Repeat Violations: Multiple policy violations may result in permanent account bans
User Reporting: Users can report articles, messages, or conduct that violates our policies

Fyrim reserves the right to remove content, messages, or suspend accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if deemed necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

🔐 9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, usage, and protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Collection: We collect necessary data to provide, improve, and personalize the Platform
Data Usage: Your data is used for platform operations, analytics, and communication
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data

⏹️ 10. Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party as follows:

By You: You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account and ceasing platform use
By Fyrim: Fyrim may terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including but not limited to policy violations, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your articles and chat history may be removed from public view, and access to the Platform will be disabled
Survival: Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and disputes shall survive termination

⚖️ 11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Fyrim is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
Accuracy or reliability of articles and content
Platform availability at all times
Delivery or retention of chat messages

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyrim, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Content or conduct of other users in articles or chats
Platform interruptions or service outages
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Loss or deletion of chat messages or media

Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you to Fyrim (if any) during the twelve months preceding the claim.

🛡️ 12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fyrim, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your articles, content, chat messages, or conduct on the Platform
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Your infringement of any third-party rights
Your use of the Platform in any unauthorized manner

🌍 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Fyrim operates
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation
Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions

📝 14. Changes to These Terms

Fyrim reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

Posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date
Sending an email notification to registered users
Displaying a notice within the Platform

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
