A Dutch cruise ship called MV Hondius has left Cape Verde after several health concerns linked to hantavirus.
Three people on board were flown to the Netherlands for treatment, including a British man, a Dutch crew member, and a German passenger. Two of them are showing symptoms, but none have tested positive for the virus so far.
The ship is carrying 146 people and is now travelling to the Canary Islands.
Three people have died since the ship left Argentina one month ago. Officials confirmed that one of the deaths was linked to hantavirus, while the causes of the other two deaths are still being checked.
The World Health Organization says there are eight possible hantavirus cases connected to the ship, including three confirmed cases.
Health experts believe the virus may have spread through close human contact on the ship. Officials say the risk to the public remains low.
