Hezbollah says its fighters carried out 20 attacks against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon on Monday. The group said it targeted Israeli soldiers and military vehicles in several areas, including al-Bayyadah, Rishaf, Tayr Harfa, and Taybe.
According to Hezbollah, rockets, artillery shells, and explosive drones were used during the attacks. The group claimed it hit a Merkava tank, military bulldozers, engineering vehicles, and a Hummer near Naqoura and other nearby areas.
In the town of Taybe, Hezbollah said it launched three drone strikes on Israeli soldiers inside a house and claimed there were casualties that needed helicopter evacuation.
The group also said it attacked Israeli troop positions near the Deir Siriane riverbed and military sites in Odaisseh and al-Bayyadah.
Hezbollah further claimed it shot down an Israeli drone over the Tyre area using a surface-to-air missile.
