Hezbollah announced that its fighters launched multiple attacks against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon over the past few hours.
The group said attack drones targeted Israeli troops near the Marj pond in the town of Houla. Hezbollah also claimed it struck the headquarters of the Israeli army’s 300th Brigade using two suicide drones.
According to Hezbollah, rockets and artillery were fired at Israeli soldiers and military vehicles in Bint Jbeil. The group also said it attacked Israeli bulldozers on the Biyyada-Naqoura road and in Rashaf using drones.
Another rocket attack was reported against Israeli forces in al-Qouzah. Hezbollah claimed the attacks caused casualties among Israeli troops.
The fighting along the Lebanon-Israel border has continued to increase in recent days, raising fears of wider regional tensions.
