Ukraine Reports New Strikes Inside Russia

Zelenskyy said Ukraine's Defense Forces achieved new results in attacks against Russian targets.

He mentioned a strike on a refinery in Syzran, as well as an attack on a drone production facility in Taganrog.

He also said Ukrainian forces struck a drone preparation and launch site in Russia's Oryol region.

Strikes Reported in the Black Sea

Zelenskyy said Ukrainian forces also carried out strikes against targets in the Black Sea.

He thanked Ukrainian service members for what he described as the effectiveness of Ukraine's long-range attacks.

Zelenskyy Welcomes U.S. Action Against VTB

Zelenskyy also welcomed a U.S. decision concerning Russia's VTB Bank.

He described VTB as one of Russia's systemic banks and accused it of supporting Russia's war effort and maintaining financial relations with Iran.

Zelenskyy said financial and other networks that support the war should be dismantled.

Calls for Continued Pressure on Russia

Zelenskyy said there is no alternative to ending the war.

He argued that international pressure on Russia should be used to create conditions for diplomacy and eventually help bring the conflict to an end.
