Israel’s Defence Minister, Israel Katz, has said that Israel is ready to restart its military operations against Iran. He stated that the country is waiting for a “green light” from the United States before taking action. In a video statement, Katz said the Israeli military is fully prepared for both defense and attack. He also claimed that targets inside Iran have already been selected. Katz used strong language, saying Israel aims to destroy key infrastructure in Iran, including energy and electricity systems. He also mentioned targeting the leadership linked to Ali Khamenei, warning that future attacks would be more powerful and deadly. At the same time, efforts to restart negotiations are still uncertain. Pakistan has been trying to mediate between the sides, but no clear progress has been made yet. The ongoing conflict has already caused thousands of deaths, especially in Iran and Lebanon. It has also created instability in the region and affected the global economy.
